returns + exchanges policy
At Muse Chicago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your items. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and seamless process:
Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email with your return shipment.
- Returns are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 30 business days of receipt.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the original item.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

- Pack your items securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the packing slip or order confirmation email.
- Ship your return using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Important Notes:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy criteria.
- Sale items, final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective.
